Advanced Optical Measuring System

The GS series scales of the slide carrier , use a five bearing design for optical grating linear transducer . GS90 micro linear encoder use in micro lathe machine, drilling machine which the installation space is limited.

The plastic seals of GS series scales use an innovative material to offer superior oil resistance, high elastic recovery properties and durability, carefully designed lips geometry offer low slide resistance.

100% Laser calibration

All linear encoder are individually inspected and calibrated by our in-house laser interferometer to ensure measuring accuracy comply 100% with the specifications.

Accuracy report

Each linear encoder is printed with a QR code, which is convenient for users to view the accuracy report of the factory inspection.

1. Q: Did you accept OEM customized service?

2. Q: What is your company mainly produce?

A: We are mainly produce Video Measuring Machine, Optical Profile Projector, Digital Readout System(DRO), Linear encoder glass scale, CNC linear encoder.

3. Q: Are the Length of GS90 series has 1000mm long?

A: Normally, GS90 series only available for the length 50 to 500mm, we don't suggest using this model for long dimension measuring due to its thin scale body structure(Insufficient rigidity).

4. Q: How can I identify Easson GS10, GS30 , GS90 , VS10 and VS20 model?

A: We has the product code label stick on the scale body, also each model deimension is different. For their structure, GS series using a five bearing design and one spring for Optical grating linear scale's carrier；But for VS series, it is totally different with GS which it has 6 spring push & pull structure, more accuracy than GS scale.

5. Q: How long dimension for the linear glass scale you can produce?

A: Up to now, we can produce the maximum 3000mm long glass scale.

6. Q: How can I check Easson linear encoder scale accuracy report?

A: User can use the mobile phone which has scanning QR code function(eg. Wechat, browser etc.) to scan the linear scale QR code
