Product Introduction
The SP series CNC Automatic Vision Measuring Systems is used in
dimensional accuracy measurement of various metal, glass
inspection, mobile phone, scientific research, electronics,
hardware and plastic, precision metal stamping plate, screen
printing plate, PCB board, as well as for auxiliary measurements
such as reverse engineering graphic R & D, design, drawing
editing,laboratory inspection, etc..

AR Series Control System Features
- Adopt the single circuit board structure in order to greatly reduce
the number of wiring to improve reliability.
- Special purpose design the processor (ASP) to significantly reduce
the number of electronic circuits and parts to improve reliability.
- Ultra high speed grating scale reading circuit and built-in EAD
(absolute code decoder) allow AR series to use AS80 high precision
absolute scale, providing high precision, high resolution
measurement.
- High speed, energy saving, high precision fully closed-loop AC
servo control can provide positioning accuracy of up to 1um,
in order to minimize the possible factors affecting measurement
repeatability. - Comprehensive 21 kinds of high precision geometric stereo space
error compensation, providing the highest precision image and probe

Easson Vision Measurement Machine used with AR series Network
control System which is included 21 orders volumetric compensation,
with Ultra-high-speed linear encoder reading and built-in EAD
(absolute scale decoder) allow AR series system to use our AS-80
high precision absolute scale, providing high accuracy and high
resolution measurement.
2D / 3D Multiple Measurement
Easson three series of vision measuring machines can cooperate with
the UK Renishaw high-precision touch probe for 2D / 3D multiple
measurement. The 3D measurement of the probe can be mixed with the
2D measurement of the imaging system. The same coordinate system is
used for 2D / 3D measurement in perfect and easy combination.
