Product Introduction
The SPARTAN widely used in dimensional accuracy measurement of various metal,

Working Principle
What is the VMM machine? When putting a workpiece on the work table, its image is captured
and exported to the computer through transmission or reflecting
lighting of the device, then by using software functions like
video, measuring together with work table translating, coordinate
collecting, user can take measurements like ponit, line, surface to
the workpiece.

Characterisitics
1. The X / Y / Z three axes of the Absolute Linear Scale is
independent researched and developed, with a resolution of up to
0.01 μm

machine using Ethernet transmission, which is efficient and
reliable system, can solve the disadvantage of unstable USB
transmission.

control lighting system, and the light-emitting element using

AR Series Control System

- Ultra high speed grating scale reading circuit and built-in EAD
(absolute code decoder) allow AR series to use AS-80 high precision

- High speed, energy saving, high precision fully closed-loop AC
servo control can provide positioning accuracy of up to 1um,
in order to minimize the possible factors affecting measurement

Easson Vision Measurement Machine used with AR series Network
control System which is included 21 lines volumetric compensation,
with Ultra-high-speed linear encoder reading and built-in EAD
(absolute scale decoder) , equipped with AS80 high precision
absolute linear scale, providing high accuracy and high resolution
measurement.
2D / 3D Multiple Measurement
Vision measuring machines can cooperate with the UK Renishaw
high-precision touch probe for 2D / 3D multiple measurement.
